Can I change my pledge multiple times?

Yes! You can change your pledge as many times as you like during the campaign to make sure you get everything you want. Kickstarter will not charge your card until after the Kickstarter ends.

When is my card charged?

Amazon begins processing your cards immediately after the Kickstarter ends.

What if my card is declined?

Amazon will give you 14 days after the close of the Kickstarter to clear up any payment problems with your card, or to provide alternate payment information.

When Do I Get My Rewards?

For digital-only backers your rewards will be provided within two months after the kickstarter’ s end date. But it could be sooner, please keep an eye out for more information on the kickstarter’s update page. For physical items, we’re still determining the shipping order. The Monster Descriptions Cards has no hard release date, however, we expect the cards to be shipping in the 2nd quarter of 2021.

Can we pay by Paypal on Kickstarter?

Kickstarter does not support Paypal directly. We do offer a Paypal solution directly on our website Descriptioncards.com. In any case, if you have a credit card, we encourage you to support us directly on KickStarter.

No. Unfortunately this project will be done in English only.

I've moved and/or my shipping address has changed since I gave it to you. How will I get my rewards? How can I change my address?

If you moved or need to change your address for future rewards, we can help. Please contact us to give them your new address. However, even if you give us your new address, you should still set up mail forwarding with your local post office.

I'm using a new email address. How do I change the one I gave you?

If you’d like to change the email address we use for contacting you about rewards, please contact contact us. You will need to provide your original email address, Amazon Payments ID, and the new email address that you would like to use going forward. However, if you want to change the email address where you receive Backer Updates and other Kickstarter messages, you’ll need to do that yourself, by logging into Kickstarter. (We would help, but we don’t have permission to do it for you!) Just log into Kickstarter and go to the Settings page. You can change your email address from there.

I am not a backer, but can I purchase any of the Kickstarter Rewards?

Yes, but some rewards are only available exclusively during the Kickstarter campaign. Please visit the ConflictGames.com store to purchase our stuff!

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please enter your street address. If you don’t have a street address, please send us a message!

Can I add just the phone app?

Yes, there are two add-ons from which you can choose. 1) For an additional $10, you can get the Monster Description Cards to your phone. 2) For $20, you can get all the cards (Monster, Magic, Combat, etc.) to your phone. Just pledge at whatever level you wish and add 10 or 20 bucks to your pledge. A survey will ask you for the details after the campaign end.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
